Is important for everyone to improve their own nutritional habits and become more health conscious. There are many reasons for dieting, for example to decrease, maintain or even increase body weight. Combining weight loss techniques with physical activity is one way to lose weight for those who might be overweight or obese. Dieting can also help one to maintain a healthy body weight.
MY PERSONAL PLAN
My Personal Plan includes a tracking system I have access to through a Staywell program where I work. It has a food tracking system to log my daily meals and tracks my key nutritional values to ensure I am getting the recommended allowances similar to the SuperTracker at MyPlate.doc . It tracks my weight and offers me a weekly menu plan to follow. It has opportunities for me to switch meal plans to better suit my activities for the week and is very user friendly.
Eating foods low in saturated fats and high in fiber is essential for a healthy life style.
